Camping in a Honda Element

It's always warmer than sleeping in a tent, but saves time in the campground instead of setting up a tent. I made screens for the windows by cutting fiberglass window screen slightly larger than each window. They are attached to the outside of the car with magnets. The large screen for the back window was sewn onto muslin (easiest to sew the screen to a flat piece of muslin and then cut the center of the muslin out to "open" the window. The top and sides of the muslin are attached with magnets. The bottom of the muslin slides into the tailgate flap to close the bottom and the bottom corners are closed into the sides of the tailgate.

Overall, a rather disappointing evening for the mercury vapor light. We just got a handful of moths.
