The Stokes Field Guide to Bird Songs, East has some tracks that have two birdsongs because only 99 tracks can be on a single CD. When putting these tracks onto an iPod or other MP3 player, it is best to separate the tracks, so each file has only one bird. Otherwise, using the first track in the list below as an example, Red-necked Grebe will not show up on any playlists you create, you will need to find that bird by navigating to Horned Grebe.
Again using the first track below as an example, Horned Grebe runs from the beginning of the track at 0:00 to 22.5 seconds. Red-necked Grebe is from 22.5 seconds to the end of the track. Follow the instructions to separate this track at 0:22.5.
